Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions). Here’s what you can expect after placing your order:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipping. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges Overview
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt. However, please note the following exceptions based on product type:
- Used Bats: Any bat showing signs of use (game wear, batting cage wear, scratches, etc.).
- Custom Bats: Products from our “Custom” menu category that have been personalized or made to order.
- Closeout Bats: All items from the “Closeout Bats” section are sold as-is.
- Blast Motion Sensors: Due to their electronic nature and software licensing, these are unreturnable once the packaging seal is broken.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary info.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship the Package: Mail the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Funds should appear in your PayPal account shortly thereafter.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective bat, don’t worry! Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
