We understand that sometimes a bat might not be the perfect fit for your swing. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward and fair Returns & Exchanges policy.
Our Policy Overview
You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Some products have different policies or requirements, so please read the sections below carefully.
Returns Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship the Package: Mail the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. The funds should appear in your PayPal account shortly thereafter.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used Bats: Any bat showing signs of use (game wear, batting cage wear, scratches, etc.).
- Custom Bats: Products from our “Custom” menu category that have been personalized or made to order.
- Closeout Bats: All items purchased from the “Closeout Bats” sale section are sold as-is and are final sale.
- Blast Motion Sensors: Due to their electronic nature and software licensing, these items are unreturnable once the packaging seal is broken.
Defective or Damaged Items
Received a damaged or defective bat? We’re sorry for the trouble! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos of the damage or defect. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
